"It was 4:45 pm and due to a situation that arose, I called my insurance agent, and spoke with Marianna Ruemund. She was very pleasant on the phone, and we spoke about needing a policy as soon as possible, gave her the information, and we got off the phone. I thought to myself, "it is late and I won't get it before tomorrow." I was resigned to that fact, and she said "let me see what I can do." She quickly got off the phone, and at 5:05 pm, the policy was written up with what she needed to do, called me and said it was on its way and saved my bacon!
