"It was 4:45 pm and due to a situation that arose, I called my insurance agent, and spoke with Marianna Ruemund. She was very pleasant on the phone, and we spoke about needing a policy as soon as possible, gave her the information, and we got off the phone. I thought to myself, "it is late and I won't get it before tomorrow." I was resigned to that fact, and she said "let me see what I can do."
She quickly got off the phone, and at 5:05 pm, the policy was written up with what she needed to do, called me and said it was on its way and saved my bacon! She was very patient with me in explaining things, and she has been so each time I have called the office. I am so grateful!!! Patricia D."
